Here's your opportunity to help balance our books.

On the next page is a list of our main services. Clicking on each one will give you a brief description of what the service does. Simply click on the arrows to allocate more or less of the budget to that service.

Once you are happy with your budget, hit the Consequences button. Remember if you decide to increase spending on a service you will have to reduce it from another service to reach your budget. Keep your eye on the budget bar at the top of the page to see how you are doing.

Before you can submit your budget you will need to meet our challenge of finding total savings of at least 10%.

Remember this is just a simulation - but by doing this you help us understand how you would prefer us to allocate our resources relative to each other.
